MYCOUNCIL was developed in response to a tender that was awarded to E2 for the South African Pharmacy Council.
This web based interlinked solution includes a core register, public platform, registered persons platform and administration platform.
The core register enables the Council to manage the registration and progression of learners from first registration to qualified professional.
The public platform allows members of the public to view general information and search the core register to establish a registered person’s status with the council.
Registered persons are issued with a unique name and password to access the secure platform. Content is presented according to the registered person’s profile. Functionality includes updating biographical information, applying for services, online payment, exam results and CPD compliance.
The administration platform enables the Council to update the website, forward bulk e-mail or SMS communications to registered persons and view a range of online reports.
