Rean Opperman

Managing Director

Having spent almost two decades in the medical/pharmaceutical industry technology sphere, the last 7 years as a CIO, Rean has extensive experience in information systems. With a special focus on compliance, especially in terms of security-related industry standards, Rean has been instrumental in the cloud migration and systems integration processes that the industry has undergone in the last several years. A proponent of digital transformation, Rean has been involved in infrastructure design and management during many local and multi-national projects.

Craig Ryall

Director

Craig graduated from Wits University where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Accounting. He specialises in financial and strategic analysis of business processes. He was drawn to the software industry because of its dynamic nature and loves seeing the delivery of enhanced operational efficiencies through the application of technology. Craig is a critical thinker and combines this with his experience and knowledge to provide strategic advice and guidance, with a financial focus, to clients.

Abigail Chivero

Director

Abigail is a seasoned project management professional who strives to provide real impact and value for clients. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Management Information Systems and a Master of Science in Business Information Systems. Her key competencies include project and programme management, as well as driving complex implementations. She is a collaborative team player who takes full ownership and accountability for projects. She is committed to delivering quality work in time, at all times.

Amina Abrahams

Customer Support Manager

Empathetic and collaborative in nature, Amina is able to put herself in the client’s shoes and see things from their perspective in order to find truly integrated and client-oriented solutions. With over ten years’ experience in delivering exceptional customer support, Amina is an asset to the company, always going the extra mile to ensure a great customer experience is had by all.

Matthew van Buuren

Matthew graduated from the University of Pretoria with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management and Entrepreneurship. An experienced sales and marketing professional with almost 10 years’ industry experience. Coming from the Tertiary education sector Matthew’s competencies include key account management, international sales and marketing, project management and communication development. For him, a primary focus has always been customer relations and delivering exceptional service by understanding customer needs and aligning business outcomes.

With over 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Abigail has valuable expertise in various areas - with focus on Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Project, and Account Management - she has built a well-rounded skill set and a comprehensive understanding of the industry's dynamics.

Her additional experience in Supply Chain within the Wellness Retail industry adds a diverse perspective to her profile, showcasing her adaptability and ability to function across different sectors.

Her commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is also integral in a field where customer satisfaction is paramount. Her dedication to understanding and meeting clients' needs undoubtedly contributes to her professional approach.

As an experienced UX Designer, Kagiso has led design projects to create insight-led, human-centred experiences that ensure both business and user needs are met. Kagiso's UX practice combines product design, service design, design thinking, research, and experience strategy, all with a relentless focus on the end-user experience. With a primary focus on designing elegant and engaging product experiences for humans. Kagiso approaches both design and leadership with a focus on people, constant learning, and establishing empathy for the people who make and the people who use the products and services he helps bring to life. With strengths such as creativity, ideation, and user empathy, Kagiso can find solutions to user issues which at first seem impossible using some of the latest technological tools available.
