Business Model
The My Community business model includes a once off set up fee followed by an annuity based quarterly licence and maintenance fee.
The once off set up fee includes registering the domain name, designing building and populating the website, importing the member database, establishing e-mail templates and educating the administrators.
The quarterly licence and maintenance fee covers the disc space utilized on our platforms, website traffic, SMS communications , maintenance in man hours and telephonic or onsite support.
Additional charges are levied for ADSL Internet access and e-mail services.
