My Orders powered by E2 automates the supply chain using predetermined
electronic file formats between the majority of South African Pathologists and
more than 100 Pathology suppliers for order requests, invoices and product
movement.
My Orders consists of a Desktop Application for order placement and
internal approval, connected to the secure E2 electronic transaction switch. The
desktop application enables a company to place internal order requests by
department for approval before sending the message to an external supplier for
fulfilment. The desktop is integrated with the switch to allow order tracking
such as accepted, dispatched and received.
The My Orders Switch offers business to business information management
capabilities that keep you armed with the data you need for effective inventory
management decision making.
