general business contracts, property leases, mobile phones and equipment.
System administrators set up contract start and end dates, the status, specified
notice periods and the
person or persons responsible for renewal.
Automated messages are forwarded from the system by e-mail or SMS to the
person
responsible for maintaining a contract informing them of a change in the
contract
status. Messages will continue until a decision is taken to renew or terminate
the contract.
