My Contract

Overview

My Contract was developed on a Microsoft Platform by E2 Solutions to assist the Ampath group to manage property rentals, laboratory and office equipment contracts.

Individuals are profiled according to ones position then linked to a general ledger cost code, line manager, region and contract templates.

Contracts are linked to a general ledger cost code, department, region and multiple users.

Individuals obtain reports online and receive auto communications according to a contracts status. This ensures that those individuals responsible for managing the contract have the correct information at all times.

Companies wishing to utilize the platform pay a once off set up fee followed by a quarterly licence and service fee.
