African based event organisers to manage all aspects relating to hosting small
and large events.
The My Congress Solution includes a Working Website with online delegate
registration saved directly to a database, automatic invoicing, credit card
payments and abstract submissions. The delegate database is connected to a bulk
e-mail and SMS communications gateway.
The My Congress website is supported by a Desktop Application in order to
generate bar coded name badges, register delegate attendance and print
attendance certificates.
The Back Office records all aspects relating to delegate registration,
travel, payment status,
abstract submission, communications and accommodation.
Hand Held scanners are available to record attendance at events by scanning the
bar
coded name badges where many delegates need to be tracked in the shortest
possible time span.
