with Discovery Health to provide
Medical Practitioners, Event organisers
and Pharmaceutical Companies with a
range of technologies and services. Our
database exceeds fifty thousand unique
South African providers of medical
services. Between January and
December 2007 we estimate to have
recorded more than 60% of all continuing
education units available to
practitioners attending a medical
congress within South Africa.
Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) is a
compulsory requirement with a set of
guidelines determined by the Health
Professional Council of South Africa.
Continuing Education Units are awarded
for attendance and participation.
The service includes processing
accreditations for event organisers,
paying accreditation fees, printing name
badges, tracking delegate attendance at
the event, generating certificates and
storing continuing education units.
