Two payment options are available with regards to customers purchasing My
Society
Option 1 - Pay as you go!
The My Society "Pay as you go" fees are ideal for customers on a limited budget
with a fixed idea on solution requirements and deliverables. Our fees are
generally based on the following calculations excluding vat and become payable
when each service is delivered.
Drafting the functional and technical specifications
Designing the graphical interface
Structuring the database
Connecting the graphical interface to the database
Populating the website with client specific information
Hosting and securing the website
Maintaining and supporting the website
Website optimization and reporting
Bulk SMS and e-mail communications from the database (closed section of the
website) to the members.
Onsite training and telephonic support
Option 2 - Annual Leasing fee!
This option enables customers to fix the annual or monthly fees
while obtaining an unlimited amount of development during the
contract period.
The parties agree on the functional outcomes of the system
where-after E2 enters into a twelve or twenty four month service
level agreement.
E2 provides products and services according to the Agreement while
the customer pays a fixed once off or monthly fee.
