George DempsterGeorge spent 15 years with one of South Africa’s largest pharmaceutical companies rising through the ranks from a sales representative detailing ethical brands to the Sales Director responsible for the consumer division with annual revenues in excess of 300 million Rand.
While attending a General Management course at the UCT business school in 1994 George’s entrepreneur appetite for starting an Internet business was ignited. His first foray into business was under the Independent Commercial banner which was acquired by the Massmart Group. This was followed by the launching of a Medical Marketplace branded as MedMall which has become E2 Solutions – a Community Management Software Specialist.
